Great rowing both. Will be some time before I contemplate pushing myself, I think the Valentine Challenge may be beyond me and only row for Carole.

 Don’t believe a word of it.
Get yourself on that erg and grind out 14k, no matter how slow.
Jon will award you with a nice pink heart.
Everyone is getting them.
You can do it in pieces.
Best to get back in the saddle ASAP. Don’t let the machine beat you!

Awesome! So consistent - had a little peak on previous HMs, and its completely outside my mindset to complete so many ^O^

I have a feeling that I'm actually chasing you for most of these achievements. Pretty sure you've already completed the Row the UK since start of Jan on account of the considerably higher distance you've put in.
You are inspiring me too.

I will admit that I'm getting pretty bored of grinding out HMs! And my knees ache!

Today’s FM leaves me with just 1 to go. Not long now, although I’m not looking forward to the after-effects from today…

So, Crazy Bear #2 is complete (and I even managed to do it continuous, which is better than last year). And I'm still going, as I need to complete the Row the UK Challenge still (52k left at the moment).

And we have Mud Season and another Team Challenge in March, so what should I do next???? Well, I have a couple of ideas....
