BRIC 2023 Birmingham
BRIC 2023 has been announced!
It will be in Birmingham this year, and fortunately they announced it much earlier than last year, so hopefully this year it will happen (after frustrating cancellation last year).
Hope to see many of you there as I am signed up

Re: BRIC 2023 Birmingham
Ooh crikey, good news indeed (very, very easy for road, rail and flight links too). Sadly Iβm on holiday.
I hope itβs a success and itβs run in 24!

Re: BRIC 2023 Birmingham
Hi Tako - there's a good chance I'll attend this (as a spectator). Hopefully there will be a few people there I've not seen for years and maybe a handful of Free Spirits, so it would be a great opportunity to catch-up.

Will be there to cheer you on and get used to the atmosphere, and say hello to any other freespirits attending.

Re: BRIC 2023 Birmingham
That is great Ian!
Will be great to meet you and Plummy again, has been far too long since last time.
Why not join the fun? Participants have free spectator pass as well and then you can absorb even more of it.
It will be my first event, so need to get used to procedures etc. so not expecting a great result.

Thanks for the reminder Tako, although I'm not competing I wish you the best of luck for your race and that all your hard training will be paying off!

Re: BRIC 2023 Birmingham
My computer refuses to spell your name correctly and keeps putting Take, so Good Luck Take and Richard and I hope that the experience will encourage you to enter future competitions. We are already doing something on that Saturday, otherwise we would have loved to be there in order to cheer you on.xx

Re: BRIC 2023 Birmingham
Tako, Iβm very sorry to learn that you were not able to attend this yearsβ BRIC, after all that hard and well thought out training youβve put in.. I do hope you can keep the momentum until next yearβs BRIC.
Very well done to Guy to your spectacular time! Maybe youβd like to write a short race report? As very few of us are racing these days I think itβll be well received
