John Steventon has set up a new style of competition called The Grid. Basically there are four events to complete in 30 days and you get to choose from a range of times/distances for each event (e.g. Section A is a choice between 100m/1min/500m). There is a £10 entry fee which goes to Cancer Research.

Interesting concept and have signed up. The question is which distances to go for in each grid. Mind you, given my current level on the machine it will not make much difference, but good to have a challenge to aim at

A competition...the name is so interesting. I like the Tron universe. Joined for FreeSpirits. Hope I get some company !
