Feel better Peter.

Get off the antibiotics and back on alcohol. (Well, it works for me. )

Not sure Peter's solution would work for everyone, although I did once have a family doctor who alwys accused me of too little red wine if ever had "holiday belly".

Get well soon.

I apologise for not being active lately, neither on the erg nor on the forum, the reason being a nasty cold (sinusitis to be precise), which has been bugging me for the past three weeks. I‘m still on antibiotics but hope to be back at some point next week.
All the best, Peter

Hi Stan well done on the weight loss and a planned return to the erg. I hope all goes well. I am rowing steadily but not as much as I was in NZ when I joined the club with my son in law Tom Houghton.

Anyway good luck mate.

Best wishes
