Happy Birthday Peter
Happy Birthday to my wonderful husband Peter.

Re: Happy Birthday Peter
Thanks guys!
We are having a great trip, and still have a week to go.
Japan is so different it's like a foreign country.

So far only 3 distilleries and 2 sake/beer breweries; several more to come. The best so far is Chichubu.

Re: Happy Birthday Peter
I've never really understood how/why Sake has it's own "classification". I.E. its not beer or wine etc.
Just a totally different process I guess.
We flew to AU last year on ANA and even the 'basic' Suntory on the plane was excellent (I am new to whiskey).
