Finally had a go at this. The usual humming & hawing about pacing! Decided to go hardish on 1st rep but not all out & see what the split was then try for -ve split.

Very strong performance there Lesley Gaby will not be pleased as you kicked her out of boat 1, but that was to be expected.

I talked Barbara G. into rowing the ctc for Free Spirits. She is (like Gaby, Inge and Ingrid) a member of my otw rowing club. She just entered her result.

Finally took a stab at this yesterday. It was miserable! Decent time on the 2K despite a brief HD, then each segment after that at a higher pace than the 2K; even the 500M... Ah well, at least I got an entry in... lol
