Cheers Jon. The fingers don’t seem to do what the brain had in mind.

Finally had a go at this. The usual humming & hawing about pacing! Decided to go hardish on 1st rep but not all out & see what the split was then try for -ve split.
Wup - 2k
Time Dist spm HR split
07:44.8 2000 30 154 01:56.2
05:45.2 1500 30 157 01:55.0
03:47.1 1000 31 159 01:53.5
01:47.6 500 36 160 01:47.6
19:04.8 5000 30 157 01:54.4
CD - 2k
Happy with that started to get harder on last 500 of rep 2 but managed to keep a good rythm. :D
You are safe Ian as I thought this is much more your bag than mine!!!!

Done. Floated another boat. Heavy work over last few weeks so it is what it is.

8.27.1 2000 2.06.7
6.16.7 1500 2.05.5
4.08.2 1000 2.04.1
1.57.5 500 1.57.5

Total 20.49.1 at 2.04.9

That'll do donkey.

Very strong performance there Lesley =D> Gaby will not be pleased as you kicked her out of boat 1, but that was to be expected.

I talked Barbara G. into rowing the ctc for Free Spirits. She is (like Gaby, Inge and Ingrid) a member of my otw rowing club. She just entered her result.

Finally took a stab at this yesterday. It was miserable! Decent time on the 2K despite a brief HD, then each segment after that at a higher pace than the 2K; even the 500M... Ah well, at least I got an entry in... lol
