57 years old, 5"10', clinging on to 75kg and frustratingly but understandably inconsistent

Thanks guys, I'm off the erg at present, don't really know why but it was very cold in the garage. I will try to add a few erg sessions to the cycling this month and see how it goes.

Nice to hear from you Colin. Like you, I haven't erged in a while, but unlike you, my only exercise has been walking (plus the various exercises the physio gave me for my back problems). Maybe we can spur each other on?
