Inspiring Wotjek.

Sounds like either a very complicated life plan wonderfully executed or a very determined man able to cope with whatever comes your way.

All the indications are there that the rowing goals will crumble before such spirit.

Having done my marathon - rested and lost condition - restarted with a one hour goal and now getting back into it, I will say that little and often at the beginning works. Stepping off the machine at the end of each piece knowing that you had a little more to give, is one way that keeps me going back.

I'm also going to suggest to C2 that their challenges which adjust metres done on the ski erg or cycle erg should include an adjuster for people like us who have been off the machine for a while. Perhaps every metre we do should count as one and a half? or each real second should be counted as a second and half on the rower. In which case, I'm already a world class athlete - a fact sadly confirmed as "alternative" every time I pass a mirror.
Uphill to the finish
