Hmmm, nobody managed to notify me that I had screwed the header photos when I tidied up the site. Not sure if that is me missing a message or nobody thought it worth mentioning!

My foot op was successful. But still massively in to cycling with Roubaix Challenge on the horizon. I am counting calories for the first time in my life and have lost 9kg since 1st Jan. When I have lost 18kg I am going to buy a new bike...
I still intend to row more.
