All welcome for Sat. July 5, at 16:00 GMT. Another 10k; I'll be going about a 2:38 pace.

Re: July 5 16:00 GMT
I'm booked in for tomorrow. As of now, we have two other scheduled participants - John Neufeldt and Anne Badanes, It would be nice if some other Free Spirits could join us.
Hopefully, I won't have another brain freeze tomorrow and will actually remember how to log in.
I'm planning to do a warm up row beforehand just to make sure everything's working OK.
Look forward to touching base with you tomorrow, Kellie.

PS: Happy 4th of July! hope you're having a great day.

Yes, I checked the participant list this morning. I hope some of our team members join us too. If not, see you then.

Diary is still free (currently) although my garden harvest of 6 strawberries and one and half peas may occupy a little time.
I'll have to miss the first half of Belgium vs Argentina in the World Cup but I will make that sacrifice for you ladies

Just finished. My first online row with other Free Spirits. New PB for Kellie in 52:22.3. =D> =D> =D>
Now I've got this figured out, I must try to set up a session sometime.

Re: July 5 16:00 GMT
Nice sprint at the end, Kellie, and congratulations on the PB.
Oops I got the tracking grid, but here we are at the start!
(I only get one shot using my current method, bit of a challenge)

Fun to row with a full house. Erwann is not a Free Spirit, but he did his first 10k, that's exciting. Good to see FSers
Paul,
Plummy,
Kellie, and
Dan who was online (but not on the session).
Also great job hosting, Kellie -- you've mastered RowPro quickly.

Glad you were there Paul. Let me know if you schedule a 6k. Our timezones may be too different, but I'll try to be there.Paul Victory wrote:Just finished. My first online row with other Free Spirits. New PB for Kellie in 52:22.3. =D> =D> =D>

Thanks so much Barbara. Cool showing the start. Hey how do you get an image in this forum anyways?CamiCrew wrote:Nice sprint at the end, Kellie, and congratulations on the PB.

Re: July 5 16:00 GMT
Hi Kellie - the forum has an Upload Attachment feature (below the posting area), but that's not what I used here.
What I do is upload the image to the online storage area that comes with my email account (in this case, Microsoft OneDrive). I view the image in a browser, and capture its address, starting with https:// etc. In my post, I drop that image address into the Img tag. There's a button for that tag above the post-writing area.
Previously, when my image wouldn't display, I realized it was because I didn't have the image shared "publicly" on my online drive. Once I changed the permissions, it showed up.
Hope that helps. I am aware that if I were to change my drive or move the images, they'd all disappear from posts here. I don't post things that need to last into perpetuity anyway. Cheers!
