Not 100% random Dave, at least it was a Kate Bush song 😛

Steve, although the spelling is probably incorrect, I think that this must be Itchycoo Park?

Thank you Steve - it was one of those rare occasions when I recognised the lyrics straightaway. :)

Paul, what's with the 😡 emoji? My remark was supposed to make you laugh. :(

My choice is a well known song.

Is that “You can leave your hat on” from The Full Monty?

Actually, I think that’s wrong and that it’s Sledgehammer by Peter Gabriel. No idea how I got the two of those mixed up!

Thanks Plummy. Here's an oldie that hasn't been asked before. I read an article that mentioned a cover version of this song and that's what made me think of it.

She ought to think twice

Paul, another line has certainly helped:

A Ticket To Ride methinks.

That is correct! It was the version by the Carpenters that I was reading about in the article. Considered something of an abomination by the article writer.

Anyway, over to you!

Thank you Paul and A Very Happy Birthday To You.🎂🥂

For some reason I had to do one of those funny log-in tests. :? I may have the odd screw loose and parts of me are starting to rust but I'm sure that I am not a 🤖.

This song has probably come up before but as it's Paul's birthday, I thought the title was rather apt. Something to do with lighting rather a lot of candles on a birthday cake.

' Oh cut me loose like a deuce, on the runner in the night '

That’s a strange one! The song that immediately came to mind is The Joker by The Steve Miller Band, but I know that’s wrong, although I think Maurice would be a better name for the mouse.
