Congrats to your PBs Chris !
I have a similar list, only the 4min are missing. I wanted to give it a go on the last days of april. But small health issues disrupted a propper score for the 4min.
It was by far my best season. Thx.

Thanks for that and to you as well, I think we need to try and get the full set this season!

Oh I don't know this...for the moment the focus is on reestablishing my running performance...obviously rowing will still play a big part!

I know what you mean, likewise focusing on running performance once fully recovered from injury and Covid

The first proper effort post Covid on the first day I have felt 'nearly' normal. 4 weeks of not doing hard or long efforts, but decided to have a go at a half to see where I am at, and also do the C2 HM challenge. Appears that the underlying fitness has not gone away as this was a 30 second pb. The previous one was a little soft, but very pleased with this, but there is a lot more to come as I fell apart in the last 5km! Mind, body and technique were all over the place!

Beat up my 1:00 distance this morning. It's amazing the fall off - was at 1:31 for 45 seconds, then went to 1:32, was like PULL HARDER, 1:33, HARDER, 1:34... ugh.

It’s great being new… improved my last season 10k by two minutes - just barely scraping in under my goal at 39:54.7. The 10k was much harder than 2x 5k, felt more like the half marathon.

Yeah, nonathlon looks fun. I'm #9 on there now, I can't complain about top 10 in anything though I think once everyone gets their coverage up, that gig will be up too!

Topped last season's high for 30 minutes.. 7500 was the goal, 7539 completed. Good return to rowing row after several days away due to moving, work going sideways, and other distractions.

Had a good looking start to my 30 minute today, so pushed it, and got 7575. 202 to go. I think that'll be a hard 200 meters. hahaha.
