I would like to draw your attention to the heroic (lunatic?) efforts of Mike Channin. He is giving reports of his efforts to row 200km in 4 days (the Nijmegen challenge) in this thread.
Quite an achievement as he went past the half marathon on the first day in under 90 minutes!
