Ok Jason I have printed off a 23 week plan today to tie in with yours ???? using Athlete level 5 7 sessions a week but may not use all 7 sessions, but at least I will have a session to do every day and will try to join you when work allows, I will be starting today (Monday) on week 3 session 1 with a 3x17 UT1 if I miss a session that will be it gone as I dont think it pays to back track a missed session. Here's to lopping off 2.7 seconds + from our 2 k times.

Great news Colin.I have a 6 times a week plan. I had to swap my 4x13min with 3x12min to fit into dinnertime yesterday,so i will be doing the 4x13min tonight on my own after work.
i always have Tuesdays off as a rest day.
My next session on RowPro is Wednesday at 9:00GMT,it will be the 3x17min with 4min rest.

I will put the session up later.

I was going to try joining in some of these sessions, but I'm still having problems getting a stable internet connection at my erg. I'm getting very frustrated by the whole business.

Looks like a good session, Jason. Unfortunately that's 2:00 in the morning for me. If I'm awake then, I usually don't feel like training. One of these days, I hook up with you on RP.

The IP seems to be working well for you! =D> Stick with it!
