Re: Fantasy Football
Got to say it's a very good set up. Much more interesting than the Telegraph one. Still getting the hang of it. Well done Mr Webber.

Re: Fantasy Football
Nice work Gooner, Mr Fabregas as your captain scored you 48 pts I think - wow.
I need Given to keep a clean sheet against Villa tonight and Barry to score a triple hat trick to spare my blushes this week!

Re: Fantasy Football
Thank you chaps. Yes Senor Fab did help. He was only half my points though. I'm trying not to be a one man team. I actually chose my players by researching their use of the erg.

Re: Fantasy Football
Well half way through the season and its getting exciting at the bottom of our league with a mere 5 points separating 4th from 8th.
Mr Gooner and Mr Webber seem to be running away with it though.

Stan, I think you may have been a bit premature there. The points position is compressing nicely

Re: Fantasy Football
Two games to go and Mr Turner appears to have an unassailable lead of 50+ points.
A bit like the Premiership therefore we should be preparing to offer congratulations a little early.
Well done Neil - next season we'll do our best to make it closer.

Re: Fantasy Football
Congratulations to Mr Turner who has led from start to finish and is a worthy champion of this season's Fantasy League.
We can only hope that there's a World Cup version somewhere and we have a chance to make the next one a closer race.

Re: Fantasy Football
Might be worth pointing out to Plummy that Keane was transferred to the scottish premiership quite some time ago. I could have pointed this out a while ago but I was worried it would result in me finishing even lower down the table than I did!
A fun season and looking forward to the next one already.

Re: Fantasy Football
Fantasy football starts again soon and you can now register for the new season at:
http://fantasy.premierleague.com/
I have created a freespirits league and the code for joining is:
379467-96168
Gooner Neil was the victor last season, will he retain his title? Plummy held the league up on his shoulders, can he do better this time? It would be great to have a few more contestants this season too.

I'd love to have a go Stan but I've never been quite sure how it works Could have definitely helped Fabio with his team selection tho'Stan wrote:It would be great to have a few more contestants this season too
I'll have a look and see if I can figure it out. In any case someone's got to lose.

I'm in
Fresh from a stormimg finish in the JJB World Cup Fantasy League, we've followed on at work with this League so I might as well add my team in here.
Not much rowing to report but some cycling.

Hi Andy, yes I will. I will post the details nearer the time. The premier league will probably start it up 2 or 3 weeks before the season begins.
