And just read the quotes from him:

Watch out for the barber one, the Dixie Dean one and his advice to Ian St John...

I think so. Looks like we're the only ones though.

Oh well, the followers of all the inferior red teams will learn, in the end ;-)

(and as for Chelski and the pay-as-you-go Premiership, sooner they sod off (and leave it to teams that don't cost more than the national gross product of most of the third world, and aren't funded by an embezzling criminal) the better)

Now, that should stimulate some debate! :D

My boy has just started playing for Tottenham Totts.
Great watching little'uns play footie, you get 2 goalies and 20 kids all chasing after the ball - excellent !!!

Telling everyone at work that he has signed for Spurs - Kinda truth'ish in a long round about way 'ish!!!

As a long suffering Chelsea fan (40+) years , I couldn't let Mike's comments go unanswered.

Yes,I admit the precise whereabouts of the source of the Russian Roubles may be somewhat cloudy, but the masterstroke was not in getting the money, nor in the players that it has bought but in the securing of the services of Mr. Mouriniho to mould them into a team. Ranieri had the same resources but couldn't do it!

By the way, which Premiership team regularly fields more England squad members than others teams?

Jainser,

Yet again we of the 'true blue' find ourselves having to justify our purchases ( just like being married really!).

To my recollection only frank lampard was in the team on his seeing the light (or £ signs). All the others were only at U21 level or lower and have been brought on by playing and training alongside the best that money can buy...not wrong there!!

Anyway, what do you care, obviously your lad is already well on the way to fame, fortune and keeping his dad in the manner to which he is accustomed!
