I'm really fired up after tonight's Rowpro 10k - very motivating. Am already registered for a 5k Thursday. 4 people registered so far. The times are better when we do these to together Hope to see a few of you there

My aim is to get sub-18:30, so I don't want to see any splits on my monitor that are not either 1:50 or 1:51.

Mission...accomplished 18:29.1 PB Kept pace between 1:50 and 1:51 for all splits, avg 1:50.9 @ SR 30 for all most the whole distance. the last 500m were pure agony with nothing left to sprint. We all did a 2k warmdown together afterwards.
