Well, it seems to work. All at a grand cost of £30 for the first year. Not sure how we can sort out the cost - I paid through PayPal (on money made through odd ebay sales) so it does not hit my real pocket. Maybe people could send £1 to my account using paypal?

That makes sense - there is no urgency on my part. And if the shirts are cheaper than £30 I am sure we can persuade Tamsin in to one!

Can I make a request at this point - NOT red T-shirts...

Happy to contribute financially to this Thomas. I do not have a paypal account - how much hassle is it to set one up?

It is easy to set up - but if you do not have one you can just pay by credit card.

Anyway, I am happy to wait and see if the (not red) T-shirt idea gets of the ground before asking anyone to cough up. It seems sensible to dob £1 or whatever on to the cost of the T-shirt, and I get one FOC.

Sorry to ask...but has everyone been notified of this site. Obviously not everyone used the C2 forum. Have emails been sent?

I don't have all of them - but I have most.

I'll do a bit of "housekeeping" my end then send them.

If you are going to send out a mass email, maybe you should remind folk about the CTC and ELM websites at the same time as there are quite a lot of the team not using them.

Ghostly Postings

Post by ReducingFB »

Thomas

I posted a couple of replies on the PB thread started by Gregor, and they didn't appear, then they did, and now they have gone again. I seem to be a very 'FREE' Spirit at the moment - coming and going as I please.

Is it possible that yesterdays power cut, which screwed up my anti-virus software because my clock advanced 21 days !! Could that have messed up the postings?

To be honest I have no idea! Let me know if it continues and I will investigate.

Will do - Michelle is filling some of the gaps at the moment - I'll get the rest. Any missing I will have to email via the "Send Member Ranking Email" individually, which is a bit time consuming.

Email will contain:

- details of this site
- ELM
- CTC
- Nonathlon

...anything else you want!

Did you beat my 1000m time? Not sure what you mean about 834 and 835? :?

Mind you, you are beating me at most of the times now. :(

On nonathlon, your 1000m time scores 834. Since I am a little older (37 on 1st May 2006 (38 now)) my 1000m time scores 835!

And as for staying ahead of you? That is sheer doggedness not raw power...

(but we are shooting up the rankings aren't we ;-) )

Aha - I understand now.
We both need to finish off the rest of the distances in the list to see where we lie overall.

No  . I am scared of 2000m - Want to pull in low 7:20s, think I will pull 7:40.

What an evening. Far more fun posting and watching here. Managed to mark only 3 of my GCSE coursework scripts out of 28 :-( Purgatory.
