Thanks Plummy. It was either the rower or a spin bike. My anatomy isn't built for a spin bike; so the rower won by a country mile. Getting on the rower was relatively easy - getting off more of a challenge.
I just decided the other week to get back on the rower. Today I checked this page. Yes, many life's interruptions have happened but here we all are!

Thanks Ann - the knee is recovering remarkably well - but somehow I've screwed up my lower back, so my rowing life is on the back burner, yet again. Still, onwards and upwards - it can only get better. Hope all is well in your world!!
