That's impressive to be even thinking of rowing only 4 weeks after knee replacement ^O^ ^O^
61 yrs old, 81kg, 5' 10"
43Mm metres rowed. Re-setting the bar much lower now. Getting too old and brittle for this malarky

Thanks Plummy. It was either the rower or a spin bike. My anatomy isn't built for a spin bike; so the rower won by a country mile. Getting on the rower was relatively easy - getting off more of a challenge. :fsbgrin: :fsbgrin: :fsbgrin:
