I looked for C2 technique videos and wasn't impressed. Some showed a very jerky stroke, most showed hands dropping down toward the ankles and almost all showed a sharp wrist bend at the end of the drive. The goal is not to compete on the water, but to maintain cardio while not getting injured so she'll have a head-start in the Spring.
Here is what she wants:
- No Condescension
- No Histrionics or Melodrama
- Clear Verbal Instructions
- Backed by video showing the parts of the stroke...
- ... and everything put together
