Thanks for getting this started, happy with any of them.
56 year old Lwt (in ability and in weight) trying to develop a technique that doesn't cause hysterics and continue to row regularly.

Apologies Peter. The CTC guys were getting twitchy about us not having nominated an event so I jumped the gun and went for 3x6 given it was leading and a number of people said they were happy with any.
