Awww - bless your cotton socks..
Had a nap (I seriously didn't get a wink of sleep last night owing to machinery making bing, bong and brrrt noises) so needed that. Feeling a tad refreshed. I know usually it's "the day after the day after" when you feel most sore so I'm expecting tomorrow to be a challenge and then get through the next 2 weeks ready for the consultant review and next stage of physio. For now, I have some very basis hip rolls and shoulder rolls plus some deep breathing stuff to work on. My uber-sharp top of left glute pain is still there (

) but they say the inflammation and bruising from the can cause that plus the fact that the nerve has been being irritated for 6+ months so will need time to settle again - which might be weeks. Looks like it's a long haul job!
They say I can't lift anything above 1kg for 1~2 weeks (seems excessively light but I'll be a good boy). More news as I get more info.
Thank you all xx
