Re: Dog Days
Well done to all who have completed the challenge to date.
I did a 20K and 10K row last weekend before going away, thinking "that just leaves a steady row when I get back from the weekend to polish things off". Unfortunately I pulled something in my back (again!) over the weekend and was in doubt about finishing. Against my better judgement, I dragged myself through the remaining distance today before going off again tomorrow. So it's done, but it was comfortable.
Good luck to those who aim to get things finished over the next few days.

Re: Dog Days
Well done Jon, look after that back 'though. I hope that pushing you to redo the CTC didn't cause any damage.

Re: Dog Days
Cutting it fine, but got my final dog today.
Did a HM at 2:07 pace and really suffered in the heat/humidity (but it must be good for heat conditioning..)

Well done all. I am away on hols at the moment but I think I have managed to refresh the icons remotely. It looks like 31 brave souls finished the challenge. A few more may trickle through as results are posted.
