Your wish is my command. Last boat floated

Last ditch effort on the last day, No idea what to pace it at which showed in negative splits.

Overall 11.36.2 for an av 1.56.1

Started at 2.00.1 neg split to 1.50.9 on the last :)

Wonderful to see Captain Stan (once you've been Captain, you're always a Captain) back afloat.
And just amazing to see the 'limerick conversation/request for times'.

I just about managed to squeeze in a very late entry. Unlike Mat, must have got my pacing quite wrong, as I was suffering from interval 3 and in danger of not finishing from 6 onwards.

56 year old Lwt (in ability and in weight) trying to develop a technique that doesn't cause hysterics and continue to row regularly.
