Exactly seventeen years ago on May 16th 2006 our indoor rowing club was founded. Since then it has given us kudos on a good day, consolation on a bad day and entertainment every day :D

Here's to many more years of Free Spirits and its wonderful members :fswink: ^O^

Happy birthday to us all.
54 year old Lwt (in ability and in weight) trying to develop a technique that doesn't cause hysterics and continue to row regularly.
