hey everyone on top of rowing i’m hitting the gym to build this muscles further and want to creat a seven day workout plan that targets the directed muscles for rowers. Can any one help or already have that perfect weekly weight room sesh down?

I would really recommend a professional exercise physiologist or experienced personal trainer to lay something out for you as a starting point. If you are erging through the week then 2 to 3 gym sessions would be plenty but could easily vary depending on the phase of training you are in relevant to your goal or event. Targeting the posterior chain and the whole core is a good place to start but since rowing engages so much of the body everything else needs work as well .
