Not done any rowing for 4 and bit years.
Mainly getting lazy, but also getting a minor heart issue, which got worse for a while, until having an op last April.
Since then, I'm now off the tablets, and waiting to see if the problems come back; nothing so far, so it's time to get exercising again, and lose a few stone

I need to make room for the C2 in my office, and find my HR monitor (probably change its battery), but then I'm good to go.
What's been happening here, whilst I've been skiving?
