While I am waiting for someone to name that tune, "I think I'll go outside for a while,
and just smile".

Re: Name that tune
"It's a beautiful morning, ah
I think I'll go outside for a while
And just smile
Just take in some clean fresh air, boy
No sense in staying inside
If the weather's fine and you've got the time
It's your chance to wake up and plan another brand new day
Either way
It's a beautiful morning, ah
Each bird keeps singing his own song
So long
I've got to be on my way now
No fun just hanging around
I got to cover ground
You couldn't keep me down
It just ain't no good if the sun shines
When you're still inside
Shouldn't hide
Still inside
Shouldn't hide
Still inside, shouldn't hide.
Oh, oh, oh"
I think I'll go outside for a while
And just smile
Just take in some clean fresh air, boy
No sense in staying inside
If the weather's fine and you've got the time
It's your chance to wake up and plan another brand new day

Re: Name that tune
Not a clue! I thought I should know it, but it doesn’t ring any bells. So I gave up and googled the lyrics.
The song in question was a big hit in the US, but didn’t hit the charts on this side of the pond.

Re: Name that tune
I give up! If the "clue" of including the title twice in the lyrics does not help, someone else post the next song.
I saw, according to wikipedia, that this was not a hit in the UK, but it fit my mood last weekend, and, at minimum, exposed you all to a feel-good song.
Anyway, thanks for you attention and I await the next song.

Looks like you have everyone stumped Paul.
I gave up and googled it. I had heard the song before, but I didn’t recognise the lyrics.

The lead vocalist's surname is a town/city associated with a certain Duke who is evidently unable to sweat.
Some more lyrics too:
"You float like a feather
In a beautiful world
Oh, I wish I was special"
