You have until tomorrow, 5/15 to complete your 1/2 or full Marathon (or 50K or 100K if you're REALLY crazy!). I did my first Half-Marathon in late January and was in no hurry to repeat it. Today, I bested that time by about 45 seconds in order to participate in the C2 challenge. It was a rocky row and I HD'd briefly after 15,000 meters. My general strategy was to start at my last HM average pace and negative split by 1 second each 1/2 hour. Well, it didn't work exactly like that, though it looked good up until it didn't... just glad to be done.
