Congrats on your first HM! They do get easier though, I set PB's each of the 3 times I've done a HM.

Paul G
Thx both of you !
have smoked something  ...I have heard that more often lately  ...while being aware of the whole chain of cause and effect. Fire and Ice is a Route on Zwift. But it was only indoor rowing. Not cycling. So to confine it to rowing...the last German words in a different order and with wind instead of ice make a name for an eight. Not that anyone would ever think I would complete the Tour of Fire and Ice in sub 48min in graceful aesthetics on a virtual bike, no, please don't, if it's not on Strava...then it never happened. Friendly provocation !

Impressive 30’ Claudius!
I am still happy that I managed to break the 15k barrier but 16k is insane :-)

Thx Tako, 16175m was my last Result. With the given prescription this effort hadn´t a specific distance goal...so i wasnt focused on my projected distance, just fullfilling this spontaneous plan. It was really extreme exhausting...or with what english vocabulary you would describe a horrible TT like a pain in the as...a highway to hell...

i forget to add the splits:

I have found that this attempt gives me the most nonathlon points, compared to the 2k with the fewest (no wonder, I have to admit that I hate the 2k). This nonathlon is really an interesting tool.

Fantastic work Claudius - on both your recent 60' PB and this weekend's 2k =D> =D>
I'm pretty sure that it won't be long before that 2k drops lower again

Follow the rabbit of explosiveness, but what if the white wise rabbit wants to strive down any explosiveness ? to let go. No more pb then ? Maybe things are changing.

Thanks for the reminder, Claudius. I've owned my C2 since Nov 2011 and this is the first time I've gone sub 2:00 pace for 30 Minutes. Funnily enough, this one started out as a 10K effort.

In honor of Concept 2's International Women's Day challenge, I decided to attempt a PB for the 5K row.

Result: 17 second improvement for 19:39.7!

Thanks, guys! It's interesting what can happen when you actually put the meters in. This season is by far the most meters I've ever accumulated at 541,425 so far; 450K of which are since Jan 1 of this year... :)

My previous best season was the '16/'17 season with 449K and an average over the previous 7 seasons of just 292K.

I guess you could say I've finally caught the bug - at least for now. :)

Virtual erg sprints 1000m, pretty happy with that. Just kept looking at the splits - anything better than 151.6 was going to be good. Previous best was 3.43.2
1:50.6
1:51.8
1:51.8
1:50.4

3:42.3

I was trying to make last season a season full of PB's. I got them all apart from the 1 minute where I was not able to get a final crack at it due to Covid. The problem now is trying to do it again this season coming, the benchmarks have moved a bit!

100m - 0:18.9 - 1:34.5 - 28/01/22
500m - 1:41.8 - 1:41.8 - 11/09/21
1,000m - 3:32.9 - 1:46.4 - 09/10/21
2,000m - 7:18.1 - 1:49.5 - 11/09/21
5,000m - 19:00.8 - 1:54.0 - 19/12/21
6,000m - 22:57.4 - 1:54.7 - 26/09/21
10,000m- 39:00.8 - 1:57.0 - 30/03/22
21,097m - 1:28:39.6 - 2:06.0 - 20/06/21
42,195m - 3:17:26.9 - 2:20.3 - 22/08/21

1:00.0 - 312m - 1:36.1 - 12/01/19
4:00.0 - 1,088m - 1:50.2 - 19/09/21
30:00.0 - 7,811m - 1:55.2 - 24/10/21
1:00:00.0 - 14,887m - 2:00.9 -25/07/21

Trying to make this season the season of the PB!
