CTC - Carole McNally Memorial
I am assuming the CTC will be remembering Carole McNally with a one-day 1402m row. No restrictions, no complications simply record the time taken for 1402m.
It isn’t showing as the challenge at the moment, but thought I would post a reminder anyway.

57 years old, 5"10', clinging on to 75kg and frustratingly but understandably inconsistent

If any of the fairer sex are reading this, we could really do with a couple to help float some boats. Hope to have a go when my late luch has gone down.

Done.
Had too big a breakfast and the garage was too cold but managed 5:05.9.
Felt I should have been able to go a bit quicker, but hey.

Re: CTC - Carole McNally Memorial
3 boats floated! Well done all. My attempt:
Time. Distanc SPM Pace - Comment
00:56.0 250 30 01:52.0 - on target
00:56.1 250 30 01:52.2 - getting tough already
00:56.5 250 30 01:53.0 - couldn't raise rating as weakened
00:56.5 250 30 01:53.0 - even counting strokes not helping
00:56.6 250 31 01:53.2 - trying, but weakening
00:33.5 152 34 01:50.2 - finally some response
5:15.0 1402 30.5 1:52.3 - 4S/500m quicker than last year, but 3.2S slower than 1k disappointing, guess I ought to do some training!

Re: CTC - Carole McNally Memorial
Great effort Iain!!
My breathing and my back haven't been great lately but I did get an attempt in today. 5:13.5 / 1:51.8
Tried to stay in easy mode so my breathing wouldn't be stressed too much. Still had some issues afterward.
Hopefully we can get another boat floated before they switch back.. anyway a great turn out today
