Re: Nonathlon 2021
ok finally had the courage to post my opening 2k and 5k. The latter I have been working on for the last couple of weeks. Currently scoring in the 600s which gives lots of room for further improvements. Embarrassing but I am where I am and its only going to get better.

Re: Nonathlon 2021
Nothing to be embarrassed about - I was in a similar situation 2 months ago - recorded scores for all except the HM and FM and all were in the 600's - I have set my goal for the year as an 80-point Nonathlon improvement each month and am currently trying to record 750+ for those 8 events - I am finding this approach both manageable and motivational.Stan wrote: ↑Tue Jul 21, 2020 5:14 pm ok finally had the courage to post my opening 2k and 5k. Re: Nonathlon 2021
Allen - Welcome to the Nonathlon. I see you already have plenty of scores
I have added you to our Nonathlon Analyser. Stan can you add you to the team list on the Nonathlon site when he has the chance.

Re: Nonathlon 2021
Just visit https://www.nonathlon.com/register.php and enter your details. Once you have done that leave a message here and tell us what id you used to register. I will add you to the analyser and Stan will add you to the Freespirits team list on the Nonathlon site.Kevinhorne44 wrote: ↑Thu Jul 23, 2020 4:05 pm How do you enter this ?? There is no link to the Concept2 log. You just enter your times/distances on the Nonathlon site and you will be given a score for each event based on your gender, age and weight category.
I personally find it a great way to keep motivated because it essentially levels the field a lot by giving you a score based on all rowers of the same age/weight/gender as you.

Re: Nonathlon 2021
Thanks Jon. The Heptathlon Challenge gave me a nice start. I just noticed the advantages of being LW. I’ve been floating around 76kg for about a year now. I think I have a new goal before the start of the next season.
Thanks for the efforts you have been putting in. I get a lot of incentive from the meter board and now the nonathlon.

Hi Kevin, you need to join the nonathlon website and let me know under what name you are registered. I just checked but I cannot see you at the moment.Kevinhorne44 wrote: ↑Thu Jul 23, 2020 4:05 pm How do you enter this ?? Is it linked to your Concept2 log ?

Re: Nonathlon 2021
I have also added you to the Nonathlon Analyser and added your previous jolo id as a proxy so that all of your history appears in one place. Did you use a different id last year? 2019/20 looks blank at the moment.

Just updated my scores and noticed that Fred was sitting on a rather tasty total of 8218 points. Great total for so early in the season

It looks like this is a return to the Nonathlon after a loooooong break. Is that right?

You switched the two inner figures, Max . Not that far yet.MaxMacLaren1 wrote:Just updated my scores and noticed that Fred was sitting on a rather tasty total of 8218 points. Great total for so early in the season
And, of course, not as impressive as Lesley and especially Pepe.
