Hi Folks
I've set this up for next Saturday. Kellie is hoping to join us and it would be nice to have a few other Free Spirits taking part. All are welcome.

Thanks again for the invite Paul. Today was ok, struggled a bit to get my rhythm, but you can't expect to feel the same after such a layoff.
On another note……. how do you download the meters from RP dierctly to the C2 log?

It was great to see you back rowing Kellie and you did very well after such a long break.cowboygrrl wrote:Thanks again for the invite Paul. Today was ok, struggled a bit to get my rhythm, but you can't expect to feel the same after such a layoff.

I'm afraid I've no idea how to download meters from RowPro to the C2 log. I always do mine manually. I expect plummy or some of the other RowPro regulars souls be able to help.

Go to Control Centre, click "Rowing Log", select the row you want to upload by RIGHT clicking it and from the pop up menu that appears, click "Export to C2"
As long as all your details are filled in and you are on-line (Wi-fi etc), it should state "uploading 1 of 1" (or something similar) and a few seconds later you're all done 61 yrs old, 82kg, 5' 10"
43Mm metres rowed. Re-setting the bar much lower now. Getting too old and brittle for this malarky

Struggled a little but decided just to go a pace that was sustainable. Now a tired back and knees a little sore. Your invite and RP helps with motivation until I get back in routine again. THANKS!Paul Victory wrote: It was great to see you back rowing Kellie and you did very well after such a long break.
