WAARC - July 2013 - 30 mins
Just realised I hadn't started a thread for this month (although the results are slim pickings at the moment):
60 yrs old, 82kg, 5' 10"
43Mm metres rowed. Re-setting the bar much lower now. Getting too old and brittle for this malarky

Managed to do 30 minutes today in 34 degrees heat in Alvor. Not very fast, but at least I managed to keep going for the full 30 minutes (just about ).

Nice effort Paul. Doing anything in 34 degrees heat sounds incredibly tough. I've updated the table but will await another new or amended entry before re-posting.

Re: WAARC - July 2013 - 30 mins
Hi Dave
Those weight and age adjustments look a bit strange. I usually find that my adjusted time is fairly close to my actual time as the age adjustment tends to cancel out the weight adjustment. This month, my adjusted distance is almost 5% worse than my actual distance. And Bill's adjusted distance is very close to his actual distance, whereas it's usually a lot better.
I think the algorithm may need to be tweaked for time challenges.
