Hi all,
I have put a session up for Thu, Thomas W-P has said he will be there.
All paces welcome if you can make it (even for 30 or 40 minutes).

I've got my pub quiz the night before. 12:30 could be ugly. :-?

This sounds like a good idea, but I can only make much later, say ten pm GMT. Perhaps we could do later next week?

Sorry guy but I cant join today. My kids are on half term and my 14 year old spoilt son is having issues behaving. And I cant trust leaving him on his own for an hour.

Sorry to hear that. I did make it and had a pretty nasty extended fly and die. I got to 10.5k at 1:59.9 and then exploded. The last 20 minutes was the longest 20 minutes of my year so far.

Sorry you couldn't make it Jason (and that you now have the young boy behaving like an angel :) )
It was good to see Colin and Thomas back on line.
Just to prove I was working relatively hard too ...

I though I'd make it at 1:59.9 and that *should* be easy. Still a long way off fitness. We weren't racing, just pacing.

I drifted in to AT at exactly the same point on both rows, so the digging in the allotment did not make that much difference. I felt I could have gone on today though. I am planning to keep at these long 2:00 rows until I can do 15,000.
