Vive la différence 30 mins row tonight

Post by J-Dog » Mon Sep 03, 2012 1:14 pm

At 18.30 GMT

The aim is to max out the difference in the slow beginners and the speedy hardcore nutters. I'm in the 'beginner, needs to keep my heartrate down and avoid exploding' camp; I'll be trying to take it easy.

I'll be aiming at 6,000m in the 30 mins (my PB last night was 6,200 ish). You 1:50 lot can leg it up the river at Warp 9 and see how big a difference you can set.

Anyone up for it?

I would be but 18:30 GMT is 19:30 BST and a tad late for my normal training. If you've put it up there, someone is bound to join you though...

Good luck!

Was a bit close to the time for anyone interested to notice. Nevermind, I joined another workout hosted by Marilyn Duarte a bit later and did another 6,100m.
