Technique

Post by kirbyt »

I have been improving pretty much steadily with my 2k time for a few months now but I'm wondering if my technique might keep me from running with the big dogs of my division: http://www.c2forum.com/viewtopic.php?t= ... art=15[url]

Paul Siebach, the champion, seems to compress more fully than Mike Caviston, the runner-up. He also seems to keep his knees closer together throughout the stroke. Any thoughts on which stroke is more efficient?
