BINGO CHALLENGE _ RESULTS THREAD

Post by webberg »

Please do not post anything here as it's for results and updates only.

There have been 8 numbers drawn so far taking us to Monday 8th January.

Drawn - 84 - 58 - 80 - 38 - 12 - 52 - 31 - 46

These are allocated as follows;

Big Dave K 80 (Done) and 46 Total 12k (Done 8k)
TomB 12 (Done) 52 and 46 Total 17.5k (Done 1.5k)
Tricia 58 and 38 and 46 Total 8.5k
krisplus5 58 (Done) 12 and 31 Total 7.6k (Done 5.8k)
Gooner 38 and 52 and 31 and 46 Total 17.7k
JanetS 58 and 46 Total 9.8k
Webberg 58 and 38 (Done) 31 and 46 Total 12.5k (Done 8.2k)
Wolfie 38 (Done) 12 and 31 Total 4.2k (Done 2.4k)
SteveB 84(Done) 52 Total 15.2k (Done 3.2k)
Peter Trusio 58(Done) 12, 52 and 31 Total 21.8k (Done 5.8k)
BigWaveDave 84, 80 and 12 (Done) 31 Total 13k (Done 12.7k)
Mash 80 and 31 Total 8.3k
Tom Barrick 80 (Done) 52 Total 20k (Done 8k)
Stan 84, 58 (Done) 80 and 38 Total 19.4k (Done 9k)
Jessica Red 31 and 46 Total 4.3k
Mike Channin 58 and 12 and 46 Total 11.3k
John Glynn 84 and 80 (Done) 38 and 12 Total 15.1k (Done 11.2k)
MaxDev 84 and 80 (Done) 52 Total 23.2k (Done 11.2k)

As of about 11am this morning (GMT) the leader is TomB who has done one piece (1.5k) and the 12th place is BWD who has done 3 (13.7k).

I would expect the order to change more or less every time a piece is recorded.

The undoubted highlight is number 52 which I suspect is a real lung opener.

There are 5 players with 4 numbers each. First to 10 gets a 10 minute deduction.

I also think that whilst I've been composing this Steve Blogg (Final Furlong) has posted a time for the dreaded 52 of 45:37.2. For 12 k that's an impressive time.

More next week.

Numbers drawn for 9th to 12th inclusive.

Tuesday 9th January. - 2 and 4 - 24
This is for krisplus5, webberg, Ptruz, TomB and MaxDev

Piece is very simple being 6k anyhow you like.

Wednesday 10th January. -6 and 2 - 62
This is for krisplus5 and Gooner

Bit of a killer. This is 2k x 6.

Any rest you like but consecutive please. Record rowing time only.

Thursday 11th January. -1 and 7 - 17
This is for Janets, Mash, Stan, Jessica Red and MaxDev

Simple inverted interval of 1000m/750m/500m
Any rest and record rowing time.

Friday 12th January. 7 and 0 -70
This is for webberg, Wolfie, Mash and John Glynn

I suspect that Mr Glynn may find this interesting.
Very simple 7k uphill.
Each 1k split to be quicker than the previous.

So nothing in these numbers for Big Dave K, Tricia, Steve Blogg, BWD, Tom Barrick or Mike Channin. Keep it fresh though because Bingo numbers are a bit like buses - nothing for a week then 6 at once! :?

Numbers for Saturday, Sunday and Monday (13th, 14th and 15th)

Saturday 13th is 5 and 3 - 53

This is for krisplus5, Gooner, Steve Blogg, Mike Channin and John Glynn.

Nice and easy

----- 500 x 3 -------

Sunday 14th January is 7 and 9 - 79

This is a popular number and is for

Big dave K (only if fit), Tricia, krisplus5, Gooner, JanetS, Ptruz, BWD, Mash and Mike Channin

Not quite so easy.

-------- 1k x 7 ------

Good chance to practice CTC?

Who said there was nothing for the sprinters?

Monday 15th January is 8 and 1 - 81

This is on the cards of Big Dave K - see above - Tricia, krisplus5 (that's a busy weekend) Wolfie, Steve Blogg, Mash, Stan, Jessica red and John Glynn.

A bit of a tester.

------ 1k x 8 --------

Coming after 71 is called this is a bit unfortunate but they can obviously be spread out.

No numbers this weekend for MaxDev, TomB, Webberg amongst others.

Enjoy.

Eyes down and look in.

The numbers for the 15th to 19th January inclusive.

Monday 15th 3 and 6 = 36

This is for Gooner (as part of his rehab), JanetS, Mash and John Glynn.

Very simple and easy, it's a 3 x 600.

Tuesday 16th, 7 and 3 = 73

This is for Tricia (when she's fit), krisplus5, Gooner (more rehab), John Glynn.

This is an inverse interval of 3k/2k/1k/1k any rest you like.

Wednesday 17th, 2 and 6 = 26

For Tricia, Wolfie, Tom Barrick, Stan and MaxDev.

Good 2k practice here - it's a 1300 x 2

Thursday 18th, 4 and 9 = 49

For TomB, JanetS, Ptruz and Tom Barrick.

More 2k practice? This is 900 x 4

Friday 19th January, 2 and 7 = 27

This is for TomB, Tricia, BWD, Mash, Tom Barrick, Mike Channin and John Glynn. (John this is you tenth number and on completion you get to deduct 10 minutes from your total).

Again very easy as this is 750 x 2

So guys/girls - lots of shorter pieces this week which shoudl hopefully fit into the Jan team challenge and not prove too taxing on those of us with sick lungs.

Ok - let's sort out who the muppet is - hands up? It's me.

I called two numbers for the 15th.

Therefore each number I called for this week will advance a day, i.e. for the 15th, read the 16th etc.

Sorry - sorry - sorry.

Work has really taken off this week and things are a little frantic.

So numbers for Sunday 21st and Monday 22nd.

Sunday is 6 and 6 - 66.

This is for TomB, Gooner, me, Wolfie, Steve B (if he's in the country) and Stan.

The devils number so ...

An easy interval - 600m/6k/600m

rest to suit but at least 2 mins.

Monday 23rd -- 1 and 3 - unlucky 13.

This is for Tricia - when fit, JanetS, me, Tom Barrick (cough/sneeze) and Mike Channin.

Nice and easy.

500/750/500 - any rest but let's go for it.

I won't mind if the middle 750 is stretched for the CTC either.
