2020 BRIC

Post by JonT »

Has anyone heard anything about BRIC this year? There is no info. on the website, but I wondered if anyone had picked up info. on the grapevine.
57 years old, 5"10', clinging on to 75kg and frustratingly but understandably inconsistent

The only news is to save the 5th of December in your diary πŸ‘doesn't look like it will be held at Lee valley in my opinion. All options are being weighed up........whatever that means ??
Good broadband might be needed πŸ€”πŸ˜‰πŸ˜‰

Enjoyed every minute Steve. I bet the non virtual will be an even better. I've never competed in an endurance event before so the whole process of training & competition was new to me.
My 2nd 500 was too conservative because I was scared I had started to fast. So I think I lost a second easing off. Training programme all ready to start next week 😳 looking for a race around February some time 😎

Next up will be World Champs (but there maybe qualifying required?)
CRASHBs will run (Feb?), and maybe English Champs (Q1).

All these competitions are new to me. Dont think I would make qualifying for worlds yet. I think I need few more training phases before I'm ready to do it justice. Main thing for me is that I am enjoying myself πŸ™‚ joining in on this forum has been part of that 😎 not forgetting CTC & IRL too. I'm going to seriously look at the start of the new year πŸ‘
