Congratulations gentlemen!!! Not only for the rows, but for braving the winter and end of holiday traffic.

And Tako that amazing LEGO free spirit - was that also 6999DKK?

Well, it depends, I do not own it, as it was built at Lego house and is displayed with many other pieces created by other visitors; however if you consider the travel costs to DK, hotel, entrance fee for the family, I guess it is not too far off :-)

With regards to snow I have to smile when seeing Peter’s picture as we have a lot of snow here this winter. I have more than one meter in my garden and many roads are icy. So spring is far away!
I guess that explains why the Norwegians are raiding the olympics these days ;-)

Well done Dave and Peter for entering this again, especially Dave of course =D> ^O^
Great to see these things still going (I miss the Evesham mile).

And Tako, yes, congrats to Norway for topping the Olympic medal table, a great achievement =D> =D> =D>

Congrats to Peter and Dave taking part on this indoor-regatta =D> ^O^ :!: Hope you both had a good day to remember. Perhaps i´ll take also part on this race in the next few years- but i am still absolutely in stress with my Job and Family and couldnt even drive 2h to Starnberg...perhaps you both decide to be back again next year :)

Next year (health and fitness allowing) I intend to go back - if Peter is happy to host me and take on the driving duties. I move up to the next age bracket so I will be a "young" 55~59 rather than an "old" 50~54...
