SORRY people. I have joined Sam Blythe and his secret training thread so I can not post any sessions for the next 6 weeks. I will be back. :wink:

2nd RULE: You DO NOT talk about Sam's club.
3rd RULE: If you HD's the training is over.
4th RULE: Only you and your HD daemon at race.
5th RULE: One training plan at a time.
6th RULE: No bad technique.
7th RULE: 2k will go on as long as it has to.
8th RULE: If this is your first training day, you have to do a 2k.

Rule number 11.....Never I repeat never wear gloves while rowing. :D Boxers wear gloves and you are not a boxer.
