Race Calendar 2016

Post by plummy »

This thread is now open for anyone who intends to compete at any races across the globe representing Free Spirits from Jan 1st to Dec 31st 2016.

*******************************************************************************************************************************************************
As usual, I'd like to keep this thread clean of posts other than the list itself (and this post) so if you intend/hope to pitch up somewhere and give it your all for the team, please PM me and I'll add you the the list (which will be updated as events are announced and results come in). Don't worry about putting your name down - no one is holding you to it but often the more names appear on the list, the more are inspired to have a go - there's NO obligation and you are free to have your name removed if fitness/circumstances/life get in the way.
*******************************************************************************************************************************************************
They can be national, regional, local or specialist events (e.g charity with a recognised distance/duration attached) - or something else? (just ask)
60 yrs old, 76kg, 5' 10"
43Mm metres rowed. Re-setting the bar much lower now. Getting too old for this malarky
