Awe Inspiring Results

Post by gregsmith01748 »

There have been some incredible erg times posted recently. Today I saw Emma Twigg's 5k. She held a 1:41.5 pace through 5K at 35 SPM.

Before that was Eric Murray on slides. Doing a 5K at about the fastest pace that I could 500!

Then Oxford posted a time from Stan Louloudis on a dynamic that was even faster. ( I like the spittle on the screen in this one)

Certainly gives one something to aspire to!

Exciting to see what the human body can accomplish with, you know, just a bit of training

Certainly do enjoy watching these athletes in action. Very inspiring.

I could row next to them for 500m! A tenth of the distance!
I must be training the wrong way.
