Youtube video - low DF to train legs

I don't know if this has been posted and discussed before, but what's everyone's take on this video:



It's an interesting approach - one I'll try today at my quick lunchtime session. But what about the steep power curve? Is that what it's best to aim for? I was under the impression it should be a steep rise, which flattens out, then a quick drop off.

Still, I'll be interested to see how this feels at lunch.

All my random interval shite at low rate has been done at df129 but dropping it any lower makes it feel so much harder. It would inprove the timing possibly but I do not think it would improve the power much.
Everybody has a plan until they get a punch in the face.
