Does anyone know what a proper power curve should look like? Some of my curves have twin peaks. All in all, indoor rowing is actually quite unpleasant if you do it right, a bonk must be a nightmare.

I'm nowhere near the ideal curve, i'm both of the others.
Bonking is when you run out of energy and go all floppy and clammy.
