I'm deliberating on going to the Euro Open Indoor Rowing Championship (also the 25th edition of the Dutch National Indoor Rowing Championships). It's in Amsterdam on the 17th of January. If I go, it will probably be as a spectator (can't see myself racing).
Are there Free Spirits planning on going? Registration will be open from 07-12-2014 till 09-01-2015.

Re: Euro Open 2015 Amsterdam
I just read on the Happy Birthday Roger Burrell thread that Roger and Gillian will be going, and Roger was asking who else is planning to do so. That's why I thought this thread bump was called for.
Right now I'm thinking I probably won't, but I'm prone to attitude and opinion changes.

Re: Euro Open 2015 Amsterdam
Registration is now open. Roger and Gillian are among the first names.
When going through the terms and conditions, I came across this rule:
"In the case of less than 8 entries in a category, races may be merged, with the exception of the National Championship races." Is it this kind of rule that cost John a medal at the Scottish?
The fee is €12. Lwt cut-off is 75 kg, not 73.5 as at the BRIC. I suppose I would be LM-C then (>43 years). A whole month to decide now...
