some good advice can be found there. Although I will NOT follow this advice:

"For the ladies, you want to pull the handle to the bottom of your sports bra. For the men, pretend you’re wearing a sports bra."

60 yrs old, 76kg, 5' 10"
43Mm metres rowed. Re-setting the bar much lower now. Getting too old for this malarky

Actually, in all seriousness, I find this is another advantage of wearing a heart rate strap - it gives me something to aim for, and also protects me from bruises when it hits that area!
