I see that there have not been many comments reflecting your enthusiasm Colin! :-)

So here's one - I am tempted to reverse my current trend on the erg.

Yes, it would. I'm not sure I'd want to take part though if I'm not capable of getting a lot closer to 7 minutes than I am right now. That wouldn't necessarily stop me from going along for the social side however. Maybe have our Christmas get together in Cardiff?

Plenty of time to get race ready Steve, So how did the first week go ?

Stan, here's to our continued rivalry, judging by your current training I had better knuckle down a bit.

Paul it would be great to see you at BIRC, even better to compete matey,

I think I will have to give that a miss....
Too rich for my blood too :( :( - when you add the travel expense it makes it an extremely expensive 7 or so minutes.

I can do a 200km bike ride for less than a fiver, and that lasts not far short of 12 hrs for me.

I do appreciate that TRC have to get a decent return on their investment and I'm sure there will be plenty of takers, but it is an expense I cannot justify at the moment.

£25 I didn't know that? Like Paul says that will pay for at least 8 club TTs or 4 open TTs on the bike next session, sorry but the love for the erg comp scene is fading a bit for me.
