Hey guys, I'm completely new to this forum and fairly new to rowing in general.
I worry that my form when rowing isn't appropriate - anyone able to give me any pointers on keeping myself in check?
Thanks
I'm a beginner and I worry about my form..

Hi Chouhen welcome to the team
I recommend having a look at these technique videos, I personally prefer the second one, however they are both full of very good advice :-

When you have watched one or both of these please ask if you still have any questions
